Terms and Conditions

 The customer agrees and accepts:

Reservations must be made 4-5 days in advance, but we can make exceptions on a case by case basis. A 50% deposit is required 2 days before departure date. Balance is due on day of tour. Terms and Conditions  

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

 ● Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather. If tour is cancelled by Tour company, the customer has the option to reschedule or receive a refund. 

● Deposit is non-refundable if customer cancels for any reason. If customer is not at the meeting point and has not contacted the tour company by phone or text message we have the right to rent the boat to another customer and the deposit is not refundable. 

● Early return of the vessel does not entitle the customer a refund.

 ● Tours are not allowed to go out of Belizean waters. 

● Boat is delivered to the customer full of fuel and should be returned full. 

● Boat is used only for pleasure or recreational activities, such as fishing or water sports, and only carries paid passengers 

● Boats are available from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. Boat MUST be returned by 4:00pm. 

● Boat seating capacity is regulated by BPA. Boat capacity starts at 6 minimum.
